We were referred to Comfort Mechanical by the Washtenaw Home Weatherization program. From the first contact to the installation of our new furnace it was only a week! The crew was extremely respectful and considerate of our family while they worked, they hauled away all the old equipment, and even cleaned up after themselves! They were in and out in five hours. The only difference we noticed in our basement was a brand new furnace! Thank you!!

My experience with this company was outstanding from start to finish. Adam visited my home to take measurements for the AC replacement and introduced himself with a high level of professionalism. He was courteous, respectful, and clearly explained the next steps in the process, making everything easy to understand. He was also able to schedule the replacement promptly for the following week. The two technicians who completed the installation were equally impressive. Although I do not recall their names, they were professional, polite, and very personable. They took the time to explain aspects of the installation, which I truly appreciated. They were also respectful of my home and considerate of my children when they briefly interacted during the process. Overall, the entire experience exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend their services.

Comfort Mechanical installed new high efficiency furnace, AC unit, and water heater. They had to bring in an electrician and fixed two gas leaks. They did a great job and were very detail oriented and took pride in doing a good job. For instance, running the new pvc pipes in a manner that was better for my space, but required more work on their part. They were really friendly and explained everything, cleaned up everything, and did the work as scheduled. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!
