Jamaal was excellent and professional. He came on time and explained the concerns with my unit. He additionally answered all of my questions. Unfortunately my unit is outdated and needs to be replaced and I'm waiting for an estimate.

Tec arived on time. Explained how the unit worked. cleaned the unit, needed a new capacitor. went thru a checklist to make sure everything else was ok. answered all my questions, very good experince.

Kasey and Frank were efficient and quick workers, and were very respectful and careful anytime they had to enter the home. (They also were very careful not to let my cats out). They even worked through a rain storm in order to meet the timeline they had promised! Comfort Mechanical gave me a great price, answered my questions well, didn't try to upsell me unnecessary add-ons, and got the whole job done quickly and cleanly. I will absolutely be returning to them for any future HVAC needs.
