Jamaal was awesome. On time, courteous, helpful, clear. A non-stressful HVAC experience is the most you can ask for and he delivered.

Was able to book a service appointment quickly and Jamaal did a fantastic job at fixing our clogged tube and condensate pump issue. Very professional, courteous, and efficient! He also let us know the best prevention of this issue is yearly maintenance so we will be scheduling maintenance appointments for our AC and furnace with them from now on.

Replaced our HVAC at a reasonable rate. More importantly, stood by their work multiple times which greatly impressed my wife and I. Within a few weeks after install, we had valve leak by on our furnace (not their fault, unit just failed shortly after install). Comfort came by the same day we reported the issue and had us repaired the following day noting the following day was a Saturday. Wish the unit hadn’t failed, but Comfort went out of their way to make things right after that happened. Then about six months later we found out we needed an HVAC permit with the city for the unit if we wanted a rental permit. Comfort was able to get a permit pulled within days of being notified and didn’t charge us extra. They stood by their work twice with zero fuss and I can’t say enough how much I appreciate that. Would not hesitate to use them again.

Our AC broke during the heat wave, and these guys got me an appointment the next day to repair. When we needed it replaced, they quickly got us scheduled and provided very fair quote and pricing for the the new AC unit. Highly recommend!

We greatly appreciate the technician who fixed our air conditioner today and walked us through how to clean it. It’s running well now.
